Pomegranate Cider Mimosa
Make a classic brunch cocktail a great autumn sipper by adding the flavors of fall. Jazz it up by dipping the rim in salted caramel sauce. It’s a perfect adult Halloween treat.
INGREDIENTS
Salted caramel sauce for the rim (optional)
1/3 cup apple cider
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour caramel into a spoon. Using champagne flutes, dip the rim of each into the salted caramel and stand. Carefully pour in an ounce or so of pomegranate Liqueur to the bottom of a champagne flute. Add an ounce of apple cider. Fill to near the top with the prosecco and serve.
Flaming Hot Cider Toddy
Try this updated cool weather classic in front of the fire or at your next tailgate. The kick of delicious cinnamon whiskey will warm you up on cool autumn nights.
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp honey
5 oz apple cider, hot (microwave or heat slowly on the stove until steaming)
Garnish: lemon wedge, cinnamon stick, 2 whole cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the apple cider on the stove until steaming. Coat the bottom of a glass with the honey. Add the Fireball. Pour in the hot apple cider to fill. Add Garnish and serve!

Ginger ale, to fill
Crushed ice
INSTRUCTIONS
In a 12-16 ounce tumbler or high ball glass, combine the hard cider and whiskey. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Fill with ginger ale and serve!

INGREDIENTS
0.5 oz lime juice
4 to 5 oz grapefruit soda
Garnish: lime wedge
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ice to a tall glass. Pour tequila and lime juice over the ice. Top it up with grapefruit soda. Stir gently until mixed, then sprinkle a pinch of salt on top and garnish with a lime wedge.
